Kaya!
I believe everyone has the right to thrive — to live a life that feels meaningful, empowered, and genuinely supported. Through Sally Royce Specialist Supports, I provide professional, down-to-earth NDIS services across Western Australia. I work alongside people who need more than just box-ticking — people who want to feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward. I aim to be culturally sensitive and respectful in my work, and I have experience supporting many First Nations people and their families by listening to their individual needs and working in ways that feel safe and right for them.
I offer a blend of Specialist Support Coordination, Social Work services, and practical core supports, delivered face-to-face or remotely, with a strong focus on advocacy, capacity building, and real-life outcomes. I’m based in the Southwest and regularly travel to Perth, Geraldton and surrounding areas, which allows me to support participants across regional and remote Western Australia.
Meet Me - Sally
Your Advocate for Empowerment and Inclusion
I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and I am deeply passionate about advocacy, social justice, and standing alongside people when life feels overwhelming. Over the years, I’ve worked across hospitals, prisons, youth mental health services, and the disability sector, which has given me a strong understanding of how complex systems can impact people’s lives — and how important it is to feel genuinely supported within them.
I’m known for my warmth, energy, and steady commitment to the people I work with. I believe support doesn’t have to feel cold or clinical — it can include laughter, lightness, and real connection, while still being safe, professional, and grounded. I take the time to listen, to understand what matters to you, and to work collaboratively at your pace.
At the heart of my work is respect for each person’s lived experience. I walk alongside people to build confidence, stability, and meaningful participation in their lives, always holding hope, dignity, and a belief in each person’s ability to thrive.
How Specialist Supports can help you Thrive
Specialist Support Coordination
I provide Specialist Support Coordination in a way that is responsive, relational, and tailored to what matters most to you. I take the time to understand your story, your strengths, and your goals, working alongside you to build supports that feel safe, meaningful, and sustainable. My work is grounded in respect, cultural awareness, and a commitment to walking alongside people in a way that feels right for them. I support you to navigate complex systems, bring the right people around you, and make sure your supports are working together. This can include helping through times of crisis, managing risk, and providing steady, consistent support when things feel overwhelming.Over time, I focus on building your confidence and capacity, so you feel more in control of your supports and your life, with a strong emphasis on safety, stability, and outcomes that are important to you.Therapeutic Social Work Support
As a qualified social worker, I offer therapeutic and capacity-building support tailored to your individual needs and what is happening in your life. I take a trauma-informed and culturally respectful approach, working alongside you to understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and support your wellbeing in a way that feels safe and meaningful.
This may include psychosocial assessment, emotional support, strategies to help with regulation and coping, and more intensive, consistent support during times when life feels overwhelming. I work in a relational way, taking the time to build trust and walk alongside you through challenges at your own pace.
This support can be especially helpful during periods of transition, mental health challenges, or when things feel unstable, providing a steady and supportive space to help you move forward.
Core Supports – Social, Economic & Community Participation
I provide practical, respectful support to help you engage more confidently in everyday life, in ways that feel meaningful and right for you. This might include attending appointments, building routines, reconnecting with community, or developing confidence in social and economic participation.
My approach is relational, culturally aware, and guided by your goals. I work alongside you at your pace, supporting you to feel safe, connected, and more confident in navigating your world.
These supports are delivered with intention — focusing on building your skills, independence, and confidence over time, rather than creating reliance.
Thrive Tribe Programs
🌟 Welcome to the Thrive Tribe – Your Adventure to Confidence, Calm & Connection! 🌟
Calling all young explorers aged 16 and under—this is your invitation to join a tribe where YOU are the hero of your own story!
In the Thrive Tribe, you'll dive into:
🧘 Mindfulness Magic – Mindfulness practices help young people develop self-awareness and emotional regulation. By learning to focus on the present moment, they can better understand their thoughts and feelings, leading to improved mental well-being. Research indicates that mindfulness can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression in youth.
😌 Anxiety-Busting Superpowers – These programs equip participants with practical tools to manage anxiety, such as relaxation techniques and cognitive-behavioural strategies. These skills empower young individuals to face challenges with confidence and resilience. Evidence-based programs have shown that such interventions can significantly reduce anxiety symptoms in children and teens.
💪 Resilience Adventures – Building resilience is at the heart of the Thrive Tribe Program. Through engaging activities and discussions, participants learn to bounce back from setbacks, develop a growth mindset, and cultivate emotional intelligence. Programs like Tree of Life, Lego Legends and Jackets of Joy have demonstrated success in enhancing resilience and promoting positive mental health outcomes.

We acknowledge the Wadandi and Pibelmen peoples as the traditional custodians of this land, caring for it since the time when the land was soft—creation times.
We honour the enduring connection of the Wadandi people to this beautiful Saltwater Country—their lands, waters, skies, and stories. We pay our deepest respects to Elders past and present, and acknowledge the strength, wisdom, and resilience of First Nations people across generations.
We recognise that sovereignty was never ceded—this always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.
